I believe strongly in creating and maintaining therapeutic relationships through developing a foundation of trust and providing a safe, non-judgmental environment for every patient.

My goal is to educate, engage and empower each patient by allowing the ability to gain control over an area which they constantly feel out of control by ensuring their needs and preferences are at the forefront of their care.

My dedication as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner is providing quality, compassionate, patient-centered care with focus on respect, effective communication, actively listening to my patient's concerns, supporting and advocating with to all patients and families. Overall, helping patients understand they are not alone on their mental health journey but, rather part of a team.

I offer a wide range of services to address various mental health concerns. This includes conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing, and managing psychiatric medication, providing psychotherapy, collaborating with other providers, and evaluating treatment response. My areas of expertise include but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, sleep disorders, substance abuse and trauma. I believe in treating patients as a whole through focusing on all aspects that may contribute to my patient's mental health concerns such as addressing their social, emotional, and environmental factors as well.

Additionally, I am committed to lifelong learning. I remain current with new evidence-based practice, technology to incorporate into my practice and continuous involvement in the

community to help reduce barriers and stigmas associated with mental health.

My hope is to reduce these stigma, help individuals gain understanding that there are ways to positively combat mental health concerns and create change. My motto is to help people, help themselves.
