Hello and welcome!
Aileen Lindenthal, LSW, is a licensed social worker dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and build more connected, empowered lives. With experience working in inpatient psychiatric care, addiction recovery, school-based therapy, and outpatient settings, Aileen provides client-centered, trauma-informed care for children, teens, and adults.
She uses an eclectic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), attachment-based work, psychoeducation, and strengths-based approaches. Aileen supports individuals working through anxiety, depression, substance use, relational challenges, and grief. She has a particular interest in working with women and clients addressing relational trauma and attachment-related challenges.
In her free time, Aileen is usually being followed around by her Bernese Mountain Dog, Beverly, or walking through Philly with an iced coffee in hand. She loves cooking at home, journaling, getting lost in a craft project, lighting a candle to make things feel a little softer, and spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
