Hello and welcome!

My name is Aaron Feibush, and I am a licensed social worker in New Jersey.

I would be honored to serve you in your pursuit of wellness and better mental health.

In taking a client-centered therapeutic approach, my focus is on you and your needs as we strive together towards uncovering your reservoir of natural strengths and inner resources. In my view, therapy means entering into a safe and nonjudgmental environment where genuinely listening to your concerns and walking in support alongside you is the main focus. I primarily work with adults on issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar diagnoses, recovery from addiction, relationship and family dynamics, and self-esteem. In particular, I specialize in working with men's issues and have had success helping men who are dealing with life challenges related to their mental health and professional or career issues.

Therapeutic influences include person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, ACT and aspects of CBT. Participating in therapy doesn't need to mean that something is "wrong" with you, but can simply be a part of your regular personal self-care routine.
