About Me

Ashley Minter is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who is passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey. She believes that every individual has unique strengths and that meaningful change begins with building a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Ashley works with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and difficulties navigating relationships and major life changes. She values meeting clients where they are and tailors treatment to each person's individual goals, strengths, and lived experiences.

Drawing from her diverse background in behavioral health, hospital social work, community mental health, public health, and case management, Ashley understands that mental health is influenced by many factors, including family, community, health, and life circumstances. She takes a holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to care while utilizing evidence-based interventions to help clients develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and improve overall well-being.

Ashley earned her Master of Social Work from Fordham University and is committed to ongoing professional development as she continues to expand her clinical expertise. She believes therapy should be a collaborative process where clients feel safe exploring challenges, identifying strengths, and working toward meaningful, lasting change.

Ashley looks forward to partnering with clients as they take the next steps toward healing, growth, and living a more fulfilling life.
