Hello and welcome,

My name is Michael Manfready, and I am a licensed social worker in New Jersey.  With an emphasis on positive mental health and a strengths-based perspective, I love helping individuals work on their goals and work through the mental barriers that have been holding them back.  I have experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as counseling younger children, teens, young adults, older adults, families, and couples.  I have experience working with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, mood disorders, and addiction, as well as co-occurring disorders. I also have experience working with both children and adults on the Autism Spectrum.  I use evidence based treatments and several different clinical modalities such as CBT, DBT, and MI.  I look forward to meeting you!
