I’m a trauma‑informed therapist who believes healing happens when people feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. I use TF‑CBT to help clients make sense of difficult experiences, and I bring in DBT skills like mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation to support day‑to‑day stability. Motivational Interviewing helps me meet clients where they are and work with their own readiness for change. My approach is rooted in the Recovery Model, which means I focus on your strengths, your voice, and your ability to shape your own path forward.

 

Real change begins when you feel safe enough to be exactly who you are. Do you feel pressured to 'fix' yourself or meet others' expectations? I believe you are the expert on your own life.
